Job Description

Walk-in drive for roles in our Plant Maintenance Team.
 
Associates - Plant Maintenance 
Diploma - 1 to 4 Years 

Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ideally have experience with PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.


Engineers - Plant Maintenance
Diploma - 4 to 10 Years or BE/B.Tech - 3 to 7 Years 

Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, and implement programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
 
Leads - Plant Maintenance
Diploma - 11 to 15 Years or BE/B.Tech - 8 to 12 Years


Expertise to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts management, and ensuring equipment uptime. They will ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and have expertise in PLC, SCADA, and robotics programming. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting machines, monitoring costs, identifying improvements, and preparing maintenance reports.
