LikeWays (Brand of NIVID JNANA) believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• LikeWays (Brand of NIVID JNANA) does not accept cancellation requests once you place an order.
• During failure of a transaction with the deduction of money, it may take 7-15 days for the refund amount. If the refund is not completed within 15 days from the transaction, you can submit a refund request.
• To submit a refund, you can mail us at support@likeWays.co.in with supported information.
• In case of any refunds approved by the LikeWays (NIVID JNANA Brand), it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
