Requirements :
5+years of professional experience and understanding of the ITIL processes
Experience of working in a fast paced Service Desk supporting a wide range of services and products
Experience of working with ITSM platforms (Service Now is a must)
Administering MS Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, VMware, IIS, Active Directory and DNS.
CCNA certification is a must.
SP/Telecom industry

End consumers don't inquire about whether support is provided internally or by a third party when they call a contact center. Since the agent is seen by them as the brand, how they conduct the contact could decide whether or not the consumer sticks around and whether or not the relationship gets stronger.
