Responsibilities :
Participates in projects with well-defined guidelines as a team member who is accountable for completing the project.
Performs work with few direct directions and broad supervision
Conducts cyber security assessments, which include secure configuration and code review, network security architecture review, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing, among other tasks
Has a basic understanding of information technology and corporate management procedures.
Exhibits familiarity with the tools, frameworks, and procedures used by the company
Take part in programs for practice development
Knowledge of fundamental information technology and business management procedures
Solid understanding of networks, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network architecture
Expertise in application security testing and infrastructure penetration testing
Knowledge of code security review, or secure code review
Proven track record in performing configuration reviews for databases, Windows, Linux, UNIX, Solaris, etc.
Working knowledge of several vulnerability management tools, such as Kali Linux, Nmap, AppScan, Acunetix, Nexpose, Qualys Guard, and Fortify.
Basic programming knowledge in languages like Python, PERL, Shell, etc
A basic understanding of technologies like Frame Relay, WAN, ATM, FDDI, DSL, ISDN, Cisco Works, Radius, Big Brother, F5, Ethernet Token Ring, WAP, SMTP, FTP, and Frame Relay
