Job Description

HPLC Analysis 1 to 5 years (5 Vacancy)

B.Sc Chemistry / Analytical Freshers (10 vacancy)

 

Responsibilities :

HPLC calibration following a predetermined schedule and technique.

Producing the analytical record and printing it. keeping track of logbooks for various purposes.

Developing and refining the analysis process. use the LIR protocol and CAPA implementation to report analytical anomalies.

Overcoming daily challenges to ensure effective analytical job (troubleshooting instruments)

Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and ICH/USFDA regulations.

An understanding of the development and validation of procedures in practice.

Practical understanding of the creation and verification of methods.

Instrument handling, including spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC, and GCHS.

Preparing and reviewing reports and protocols for stability studies, Hold Time study reports and protocols, Qualification reports and protocols under the established protocol.

Hold time study samples to measure stability.

Analyses of stability samples, in-process samples, finished goods, and raw materials (Wet and instrumental analysis).

HPLC calibration according to a set protocol and timetable.
