Vendor management oversight of: access management activities, configuration changes along with corresponding documentation, change controls, and incident ticket requests that the Vendor is performing on behalf of Argus Operations
Review, analyzes and approves request for new user access to Argus and/or requests to delete access right before forwarding to Vendor for execution, performs QC on finished action
Reviews, analyzes and approves configuration requests (code lists, partners, studies, reporting destination, reporting rules, and change controls) before forwarding to the vendor for requested configuration changes
Performs documented quality checks on finished configuration changes and related documentation prior to putting into production followed by communicating change to the requestor
Incident ticket management oversight of Vendor
Manages generic mailbox and triages as appropriate
Runs and monitors QC queries
User Project Leader for change controls and other Argus Operations related projects
Maintenance and oversight of Quality Documentation
Responsible for troubleshooting system issues as they arise and works closely with ITS departments to ensure rapid resolution of the problem
Manages twice yearly INN (performs review of country INN registration, licenses using Customer GxP Share Point tool; oversees the work that is delegated to vendor
Participates in and/or facilitates the activation of a companywide BCP (business continuity plan) in case of system and/or application failure; supporting and activating the backup plan and/or system resolution
