Job Description

Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for achieving quarterly sales plan objectives, by closing new opportunities
  2.  Demonstrate exemplary skills and proficiency in communication, selling, closing, objection handling, and account/relationship management
  3.  Generate new leads, contact decision-makers, and screen and qualify potential new business opportunities
  4.  Identify and target new potential product opportunities and develop relationships with pharma and biotech decisions makers seeking CDMO and CMO services
  5.  Present Innoxel capabilities presentations to prospective clients. Strong presentation skills are required as this role communicates and connects with all levels within our customers’ organization. By providing the credibility necessary to influence sales and customer decisions.
  6.  Drive funnel acceleration to achieve sales objectives
  7.  Work on development of proposals with management team and present proposals to customers
  8.  Coordinate execution of Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
  9.  Attend and actively participate in industry tradeshows, conferences, networking events, and client on-site and off-site meetings
  10.  Attend and actively participate in Commercial Development team and Senior Leadership meetings as required
  11.  Identify and engage with new prospective clients using sources such as databases, publications, market analysis, trade shows and contacts.
  12.  Coordinate initial client contact and customer visits

 

Requirements :

  1.  Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (Life Sciences, Business Management, Engineering)
  2.  Minimum of 4 years’ business development experience in selling formulations CDMO/CMO services in regulated markets with sterile fill/finish sales experience a big plus.
  3.  Strong network of contacts in CMO outsourcing/procurement/business development functions at pharmaceutical companies in US/EU/other RoW Markets.
  4. Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities
  5.  An understanding of cGMP manufacturing requirements as well as regulatory and environmental issues relevant for the pharmaceutical industry
  6.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of our customers’ organizations as well as internally at all levels
