Responsibilities :
Code documents in accordance with established guidelines, such as CPT and ICD-9/ICD-10.
Verify the accuracy of patient data and the appropriateness of all medical record signatures.
Give each diagnostic and service the proper medical code.
Achieve the clients' productivity goals within the allotted period.
Ensure that the deliverables meet the client's quality requirements.
Create and keep up-to-date status reports.
Verify that each code is up to date and functional.
Provide statistical data so that other departments can analyze and research it.
Preserving information security and patient confidentiality
Requirements :
Strong understanding of medical language, anatomy, and physiology
Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
Fundamental knowledge of computers
Need to be familiar with medical terminology

2. Life Science (Eg. Microbiology, Zoology, Biochemistry)
3. CPC or CRC certifications are required for Non-life science courses.
