Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and clinical operations
Selected candidates will be trained and placed in roles such as:
Clinical Data Management: Managing and analyzing clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Regulatory Affairs: Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ensure compliance with global regulations.
Clinical Operations: Supporting the planning and execution of clinical trials, including site management and monitoring.
Pharmacovigilance: Monitoring and reporting adverse drug reactions to ensure drug safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Selection Process:
Aptitude Test – Logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and verbal skills.
Personal Interview – Technical knowledge, communication skills, and role suitability.
