Responsibilities :

1. Formulating business in new & growth areas and motivating people to perform beyond their normal past established skills/levels and
2. impacting organizations profitability through effective strategic & tactical management decisions Establishing long term strategic partnerships with major domestic & International customers and ensuring sustainable businesses
3. Contributing towards identifying collaborative opportunities and establishing commercial partnerships with companies
4. Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members. Managing BD backend sales team Exploring business potential, opportunities as well as clients to secure profitable business volumes & Monitoring selection of CMO's in
5. licensing deals and co-partnering deals Working on project costing and ROI management and Facilitating account planning and generating RFPs from new/existing clients Strategic Planning, Business Growth, Operations & Management and Licensing
6. Alliance management & Stakeholder Management New market development - Global (US & Europe) and India market
7. Revenue expansion and Customer Relationship management

Experience  : 18 to 25 Years preferable API & Formulation manufacturing experience

Qualification: MSc Chemistry/BSc Chemistry/BE Chemical/MPharma/BPharma
