Job Description

Function: Quality Assurance.
Location: Ranjangaon, Pune.
CTC Range: 5 to 8 LPA.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse quality trends, proactively identify potential quality failures and ensure appropriate preventive action.
  2.  Ensure support to quality team for vendor quality audits as and when required.
  3. Ensure compliance to testing frequencies and sample sizes as identified in the quality manual. Verify test results are within specification limits and flag off exceptions/violations to quality manager for appropriate actions.
  4.  Ensure effective implementation of quality walls, defectives quality inspection etc. Identify corrective actions and verify for implementation of agreed corrective actions.
  5. Participate in central quality audits and respond appropriately to audit observations, agree on findings, identify corrective action plans and verify for implementation.
  6. Review quality complaints, FBC complaints and ensure appropriate root cause analysis is carried out and agreed actions implemented.
  7. Ensure Hygiene standards are consistently maintained in the plant and take appropriate actions/ensure escalations whenever non compliances to standards are observed.


Requirements :

  1. Qualification: Food Technologist/ Msc Food Science / Msc. Chemistry/ Bio-Tech / MBA.
  2. Certified Lead Auditor FSSC 22000
  3. Green Belt Six Sigma Certification, PCQI.
  4. 05 - 07+ Years’ Experience In the FMCG industry, specifically in Biscuit/Cake/Bakery/Food Manufacturing.
  5. Prior Experience Of Handling Consumer Complaints/ Dealing With Consumers Directly.
  6. Good Communication Skills, Written & Verbal.
  7. Experience On CRM Tool Preferred
  8. Expertise On Excel / Working On Spread Sheets Is Essential.
