1. Position: Executive/Senior Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm./M. Pham/M.Sc.
Experience: 3 to 9 Years
Required Skills:
Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatching
Collection and submission of in-process samples, finished product samples, stabilty samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as described in respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocols
Conducting AOL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples.
Review of the executed batch manufacturing records, batch packing records and protocol
The preparation and evaluation of the defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors
A person should have exposure to QMS elements such as CAPA, change control, and deviation.
PRODUCTION PHARMA
2. Position: Officer/Senior Officer
Qualification: Diploma/B Sc
Experience: 02-06 Years
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in operation and deaning of vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, automatic vial filling and sealing machines, and automatic PFS filing machines. Operation and cleaning of Lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities
Knowledge of manufacturing and compounding activities.
3. Position: Executive/Senior Executive
Qualification: M. Pharmacy/8. Pharmacy
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling lyophilization, sealing, pre- and post-production activities
Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, filing activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filter integrity.
Experience in monitoring WPC and trending
Experience in documentation activities on the shop floor
Planning and execution of aseptic media fil simulation activities and intervention execution
QUALITY CONTROL
4. Position: Executive
Qualification: Pharm/M.Sc.
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Required Skills
Handling of Caliber LIMS masters creation, biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor Illa), and assays of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable. MICROBIOLOGY
5. Position: Associate-PG
Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology/fiotechnology)
Experience: Freshers
Required Skills
The candidate should be familiar with basic microbiology techniques.
Students who achieved a minimum of 60% marks in 2024
Should possess good communication skills
6. Position: Executive
Qualification: M. Sc (Mionbiology/Biotechnology)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Required Skills:
Monitoring the environment in areas that are considered aseptic

Biological E. Limited (BE) was founded during India's "Swadeshi Movement," when the country sought access to essential medical supplies. Biological E. Limited was established in 1953 as a biological goods firm that produced liver extracts and anticoagulants. Dr. DVK Raju was the company's founder and leader.
Biological E. Limited established its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccinations and Biologics Division) in 1962 to shift from treating to preventing diseases. This marked the beginning of the large-scale production of DPT vaccinations.

In 1953, Dr. D.V.K. Raju and Mr. G.A.N. Raju established the company as Biological Products Private Limited. It was one of the first private businesses in India to produce biological goods. It was the first to produce Heparin in India.
