Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on lab experience and awareness of cGMP & cGLP.
Involvement in developing analytical methods.
Analysis of vaccines & intermediaries (Polysaccharides, drug substance, and drug product).
Experience in Biochemical analysis and Analytical techniques.
Experience in handling basic chromatography especially HPLC and SDS-PAGE.
Must have hands on experience.
Development of analytical methods for proteins, polysaccharides and virus like particles etc.
Interface and work with QC and QA team.
Good verbal and written communication skills including collecting, analysing, organizing, scientific data, and writing SOPs.
Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Knowledge of safe practices at work.
A good understanding of different types of vaccine development.

Biological E. Limited (BE) was founded during India's "Swadeshi Movement," when the country sought access to essential medical supplies. Biological E. Limited was established in 1953 as a biological goods firm that produced liver extracts and anticoagulants. Dr. DVK Raju was the company's founder and leader.
Biological E. Limited established its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccinations and Biologics Division) in 1962 to shift from treating to preventing diseases. This marked the beginning of the large-scale production of DPT vaccinations.
With four main business areas at this time—Branded Formulations, Speciality Generic Injectables, Synthetic Biology, and Vaccines and Biologics—Biological E. Limited is an organization that is still growing.
In 1953, Dr. D.V.K. Raju and Mr. G.A.N. Raju established the company as Biological Products Private Limited. It was one of the first private businesses in India to produce biological goods. It was the first to produce Heparin in India.
