Specialty Key Account Manager (Oncology & Hormones) - UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated Specialty Key Account Manager to join our growing Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company.
Achieve sales targets for oncology, hormone and other specialty products by developing and implementing tailored account strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, cancer centers, and endocrinology clinics, within the private and government sectors.
Identify new business opportunities in specialty therapy areas, focusing on increasing market share and expanding product penetration.
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of products and effective execution of promotional activities.
Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback to support strategy refinement and product positioning.
Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and account performance, presenting actionable insights to management.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery of products to customers.
Stay updated on advancements and innovations in oncology and hormone therapies, leveraging knowledge to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical, medical or science studies, preferably with postgraduates' level (MBA) Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management, with a focus on
specialty products, preferably oncology or hormones. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts within both private and government healthcare sectors.
Advanced knowledge of the UAE healthcare market, especially in oncology and hormone therapy segments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for tracking and reporting sales activities.
