The company operates in 75 countries and is a major producer of Metformin in India. Vithal Balkrishna Gandhi founded the company in order to provide affordable and high-quality healthcare to all Indians. His granddaughter, Leena Tewari, is the companys chairperson, and Prashant Tewari is the managing director.
